Job Description

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support the company’s real estate development, engineering consultancy, and construction management services.
  • Lead the marketing team in planning, implementing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to drive brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
  • Oversee the creation and management of marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership and project managers to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and project timelines.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats within the real estate and construction sectors.
  • Manage the development of compelling content, promotional materials, and digital assets for various platforms, including social media, websites, and print.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with media outlets, partners, and stakeholders to enhance the company’s public image and reputation.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes to maintain a competitive edge.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the real estate, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and lead generation techniques.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with market research, data analysis, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Familiarity with the Egyptian real estate market and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred.
