Job Description

The Logistics Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of supply chain activities within a recruitment agency. This position involves coordinating logistics processes, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of services. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. They will assist in optimizing logistics operations to enhance efficiency and support the overall goals of the agency.

Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and manage logistics operations, including transportation and warehousing.
  2. Assist in inventory management, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  3. Prepare and maintain logistics documentation, including shipping and receiving records.

  6. Support the logistics team in planning and executing special projects as needed.
