Job Title: Onboarding & Sales Executive – EOR Services

Department: Client Services / Business Development

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time


Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy professional to join our team as an Onboarding & Sales Executive within our EOR (Employer of Record) division. This hybrid role combines structured onboarding coordination with active support for the sales process. It is ideal for someone who can think fast, work smart, and thrives in a process-driven environment. Over time, this role will evolve into Business Development, providing you with a strong foundation for client acquisition, solution consulting, and cross-border growth.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Coordination

1. Identify and target potential clients for EOR services

2. Conduct discovery calls and meetings to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.

3. Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements.

4. Coordinate with internal teams to gather pricing, timelines, and deliverables.

5. Maintain and update CRM with sales activities, tasks, and client statuses.

6. Support the Department Head


Client Onboarding

1. Act as the main point of contact for new clients during onboarding.

2. Gather and validate required client documentation and data for setup (e.g., contracts, employee info, payroll details).

3. Set up clients in internal systems and coordinate with relevant departments (HR, payroll, compliance).

4. Provide clear guidance and timelines to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process.

5. Conduct onboarding walkthroughs, training sessions, and check-ins.

6. Troubleshoot any onboarding issues and escalate as needed.


Internal Process Management

1. Work closely with internal departments (HR, payroll, visa, compliance) to ensure a smooth handover post-sale.

2. Share process feedback to improve client journey and internal efficiency.

3. Monitor onboarding timelines and ensure timely completion of all steps.

Skills

Requirements:

1. 2–3 years of experience in EOR/PEO, recruitment, staffing, client-facing support roles or B2B sales

2. A fast learner and confident communicator, with excellent coordination and follow-up skills.

3. Highly organized and able to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.

4. Experienced in using CRM tools, spreadsheets.

5. A team player who takes initiative and delivers under pressure.

6. Strong written communication skills — you’ll be dealing with contracts, client documentation, and training.


Bonus Points For

1. Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market.

2. Familiarity with UAE labour laws, visa processes, or payroll practices.

3. Exposure to service-based environments working with international clients.

4. Understanding of how EOR models function.
