Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications.
2. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality control of mechanical works.
3. Collaborate with project teams to develop detailed mechanical designs and specifications.
4. Prepare and review technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and project plans.
5. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
6. Identify and resolve any mechanical issues that arise during the construction process.
7. Ensure all mechanical work complies with local regulations and safety standards.
8. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and schedules.
9. Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and site staff.
10. Participate in project meetings and provide updates on mechanical progress and challenges.

Skills

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• UPDA Certified
• 5 years of working experience in a construction company
• Knowledge of all mechanical engineering concepts
• Knowledge of the construction principles, process, method and equipment related to mechanical (HVAC, firefighting, plumbing, irrigation)
• Knowledge of building construction process and phases
