Job summary

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Virtual Construction Manager to oversee construction projects remotely. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in digital tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 3+ years experience in construction management, preferably in a virtual or remote setting
• Certification in construction management, such as CCM or CPCM

Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery
• Coordinate with on-site teams, contractors, and stakeholders remotely
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Utilize digital tools, such as project management software, BIM, and virtual reality, to enhance project delivery
