Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our accounting and tax consultancy firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and converting prospects into long-term business relationships.
You will play a key role in promoting our services, including bookkeeping, VAT registration and filing, corporate tax registration and filing, and business setup services. The position requires excellent communication skills, an understanding of the sales process, and a passion for helping small and medium businesses in the UAE grow with professional financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients through online and offline channels
Promote the firm's accounting, tax, and business setup services
Communicate with leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, or in-person (if local)
Maintain follow-up using CRM tools and update client status regularly
Collaborate with internal team to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Schedule and attend meetings with interested prospects
Prepare quotations and assist in closing deals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Candidates with own visa would be preferable.
Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
Ability to understand and explain accounting and tax services clearly to clients
Confidence in lead generation and client engagement (especially via WhatsApp, calls, and social media)
Basic understanding of UAE business setup, VAT, and corporate tax (or willingness to learn)
Familiarity with CRM tools and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, etc.)
Ability to work independently and meet targets
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Organized and proactive in handling multiple leads
Sales or marketing experience in professional services is preferred
