Job Description

Job Title: Compliance & RM Officer (SCA).

Key Responsibilities:

·        Ensure company-wide adherence to SCA regulations and guidelines, including ongoing compliance with licensing requirements.

·        Act as the primary point of contact for all regulatory bodies, particularly SCA, for any compliance-related inquiries.

·        Monitor and assess regulatory changes and provide timely updates and recommendations to the management team.

·        Manage the SCA licensing and registration process for the company and employees, ensuring all applications and renewals are processed accurately and promptly.

·        Oversee and manage regulatory filings, including the timely submission of reports to SCA and other authorities.

·        Provide compliance training and support to all staff to ensure that regulatory requirements are fully understood and followed.

·        Investigate any potential compliance violations and recommend corrective action.

·        Liaise with external auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines.

·        Identify and analyze the financial, operational, and strategic risks faced by the organization.

·        Develop and implement risk management frameworks and procedures.

·        Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

·        Conduct regular risk assessments and report findings to senior management.

·        Create risk mitigation plans and make recommendations for improvement.

·        Collaborate with various departments to integrate risk management practices into daily operations.

·        Prepare risk management reports for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Stay updated with global and industry-specific risk trends and changes in regulations.

Skills

Mandatory Requirements:

·        1-2 years’ experience as (Compliance & RM Officer) in a FOREX Trading Brokerage company in Dubai is a MUST.

·        The candidate must hold CISI-SCA certifications, risk management & compliance accredited by SCA.

·        Salary is 15,000 AED for the right candidate

·        In case candidates have one certificate for either risk management or compliance, they’re welcome to apply & they MUST apply for the second exam & become accredited.

·        Joining immediately. Arabic is mandatory.
