Job Title: Team Leader - Housekeeping
Summary:
A key position in our housekeeping department, responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for scheduling, training, and performance management of housekeeping staff.
- Oversee the maintenance of impeccable cleanliness and quality of service throughout the hotel.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and outstanding guest experience.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in hotel operations.
- Exceptional problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills.
