Description

Unified Communication Systems require a deep understanding of complex principles, theories and practices.

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the design, installation and integration of Unified Communication systems.

This role involves collaborating with senior IT professionals and managers to develop solutions that meet corporate goals and initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have advanced knowledge of platform operation systems and applications such as Windows Server OS, Active Directory, Exchange, Internet Gateways, Office Communications Server and anti-spam and anti-virus software and appliances.

Knowledge of tools and products concerning Exchange encryption, virus & spam protection is also required, including Sophos EndPoint security and Control, Kaspersky Business Space Security, Symantec Endpoint protection, Trend OfficeScan and other related products.

A strong background in Outlook Exchange Messaging systems and infrastructure maintenance is essential for this position.

Candidates must also possess a 4-year degree in Computer Science (or related curriculum) and Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist certification.

This is a key leadership role within our organization, requiring the ability to direct the activities of less experienced team members and make strategic decisions regarding system upgrades and modifications.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of evaluating systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance system use.

In addition, they will be responsible for reviewing all infrastructure modifications, enhancements and upgrades to ensure they align with our company's long-term business strategy and user needs.
