Chic, a fashion retail company, is seeking a results-driven Sales Officer to deliver outstanding customer experiences, drive sales growth, and support the brand’s vision. 

Job Responsibilities

Client Experience and Relationship Management

Provide personalized, high-quality service to build lasting relationships, resolve inquiries professionally, and ensure client satisfaction and loyalty. 

Sales & Revenue Growth

Exceed sales targets through upselling, cross-selling, product expertise, and supporting customer acquisition and retention strategies. 

Brand Representation

Maintain the brand’s image through professional grooming and conduct, ensuring product presentation and visual merchandising consistently reflect brand standards. 

Inventory & Stock Management

Coordinate stock intake, transfers, and counts to ensure accuracy, promptly updating the store manager and Product Development team on inventory levels and demand.

Sales Reporting & Documentation

Track accurate sales records, prepare weekly KPI reports, support data-driven decisions, and ensure timely stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach 
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets 
• In-depth knowledge of fashion trends, styling, and product positioning 
• Proficient in POS systems and sales reporting 
• High personal presentation and professionalism 
• Flexible to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
