Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Website Content Management & Development
- Lead the maintenance and enhancement of website content across various country-specific platforms.
- Ensure always-on content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with campaign goals and global brand guidelines.
- Analyze user behavior within the checkout funnel and optimize content to reduce drop-offs and improve conversions.
- Collaborate with brand and creative teams to develop compelling digital assets that support marketing initiatives.
- Manage end-to-end website projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Partner with IT and external developers to implement new features and resolve technical issues.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Drive organic traffic growth by implementing keyword strategies and SEO best practices.
- Develop and execute SEO roadmaps to enhance search engine visibility.
- Monitor SEO performance and adapt strategies based on analytics and evolving industry trends.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track and improve key website metrics through technical enhancements and content optimization.
- Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, CTR, ROAS, and user behavior.
- Deliver regular performance reports with actionable insights to stakeholders
Skills
Qualifications & Skills
- minimum 4 years of experience in website content management and digital integrations (experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud is a plus).
- Proficient in SEO tools and optimization techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in web development and integrations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
