Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager - BI Architect to contribute to our data-driven initiatives. This role focuses on designing and implementing Business Intelligence solutions that drive actionable insights across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and maintenance of BI solutions, including dashboards and reports, using tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Design and optimize data models to ensure a seamless data flow and high performance for BI applications.
  • Implement data governance practices and ensure data quality and integrity across BI solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users, enhancing their ability to leverage BI tools for decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide junior BI developers to foster their growth and development in the BI space.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging BI technologies and methodologies to continuously improve our BI capabilities.
  • Monitor and analyze BI system performance and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Work closely with the IT team to integrate BI solutions with existing systems and ensure security protocols are in place.
  • Manage stakeholders' expectations and ensure timely delivery of BI solutions that align with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence, data visualization, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, and other BI tools.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in mentoring and leading junior team members is a plus.
