Job summary

JASARA PMC is looking for a talented and experienced Design Manager to join our team, where you will lead the design efforts for diverse construction projects. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in architecture and engineering, as well as excellent project management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in design management within the construction or architectural industries.
• Proven experience leading and managing design teams on large-scale projects.
• Strong knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of design projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to facilitate effective collaboration and communication.
• Conduct regular design reviews, providing constructive feedback and recommendations to ensure quality and adherence to design principles.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to drive innovation in design processes.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and environmental regulations.
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders, incorporating their feedback into the design process.
• Mentor junior design staff and foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
