Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through industry knowledge, current expertise, and existing contacts.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and in-person networking.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of company services, competition, and industry trends.
  • Pitch services to potential clients and identify possible RFPs (Requests for Proposals).
  • Schedule meetings and presentations with prospects and follow up as needed.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs and service delivery.
  • Prepare reports and forecasts for management.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proficient in CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field and proven sales experience preferably in B2B or B2C environments.
