Job Description
Strategic HR Management
• Develop and align HR strategies with overall business goals.
• Advise leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Lead HR projects including restructures, policy updates, and change management initiatives.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interviews, and onboarding.
• Build a strong employer brand to attract top talent.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
Employee Relations & Culture
• Promote a healthy and positive work environment.
• Handle employee concerns and disciplinary procedures professionally.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs.
Performance Management & Development
• Oversee the implementation of performance appraisals and KPIs.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development plans.
• Drive career development and succession planning strategies.
HR Operations & Compliance
• Ensure HR practices comply with Kuwait Labor Law and company policies.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS updates.
• Manage compensation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration.
Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/HR Certification is a plus).
• Minimum + 15 years of progressive HR experience, including + 5 years in a managerial role.
• Excellent knowledge of Kuwait Labor Law and HR compliance standards.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Proficient in HRMS systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
