We are seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee our nationwide facilities maintenance operations. Our projects span the entire Kingdom, and we manage multiple teams across different regions. The ideal candidate will have deep technical expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Civil, and Plumbing systems, coupled with strong leadership and organizational skills.

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and upgrades of HVAC, electrical, civil, and plumbing systems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and best practices.
• Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to optimize efficiency.
• Prepare technical reports and provide updates to senior management.
