Job Requirements
Fluent English speaker – clear communication with both children and parents is essential.
A genuine love for toddlers and a kind, nurturing personality.High level of patience, emotional awareness, and calm presence.
Minimum 1 year of experience working with children under age 3 (nursery, daycare, preschool, etc.).
Knowledge of toddler development, potty training, and age-specific needs.
Relevant certifications in Early Childhood Education, Child Care, or related fields are a plus.
Strong teamwork, responsibility, and ability to follow safety and health protocols.
Flexibility and energy to work with toddlers’ fast-changing moods and needs.
