Job Description

• Analyze and interpret the mechanical Shop drawings and coordinate with the other sectors.
• Follow up on the execution progress and ensure the time schedule is going well.
• Create RFI / RFP in case the need to change the shop drawing.
• Create Mechanical plans.
• Create a breakdown of the Plumbing plan and distribute the workload on the Plumbing foremen.
• Continuous cooperation with the site Construction Manager to monitor the time plan.
• Continuous cooperation with the Procurement Department to assure the availability of raw materials according to the work needs.
• Continuous cooperation with the technical office department on-site to review the shop drawing.
• Create monthly invoices with clients and preparing all the related quantity survey submittals.
• Responsible for the implementation of the HSE procedures in his area.

Job Requirements

• Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
• Familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools (e.g., AutoCAD, ProE or other)
• Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)
• Creativity and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
• B.SC. Mechanical Engineer
• 7 to 12 years of experience in real estate
• Have the concept of execution in the site
