Job Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Representative for Spare Parts position located in Heliopolis. The Sales Rep will be responsible for daily tasks including customer communication, delivering excellent customer service, conducting sales activities, offering training, and managing sales operations.

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying their spare parts needs.
• Provide technical advice on the appropriate parts for various vehicles/equipment.
• Prepare quotations and follow up for customer approvals.
• Process sales orders and ensure proper documentation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse or purchasing team to ensure parts availability.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities and market trends.
• Follow up after sales to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and new spare parts releases.
   

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in spare parts sales.
• Strong knowledge of automotive or machinery spare parts.
• Excellent sales skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office applications.
• English language proficiency is preferred
