Job Description:

The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes at Sinaiclinic Hospital. The successful candidate will support business needs and ensure the proper implementation of company strategy and objectives. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy development, and ensuring legal compliance. The HR Manager will foster a positive workplace culture and serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall hospital business plan and strategic direction.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.

Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures; ensure compliance with labor law and hospital regulations.

Manage compensation and benefits programs, including payroll administration.

Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.

Conduct training and development programs to enhance staff performance and engagement.

Maintain employee records (attendance, leaves, contracts, personal files, etc.).

Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Support management in organizational change and development initiatives.

Prepare and submit HR reports to management as required.

Promote a positive and inclusive workplace environment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in healthcare or hospital settings.

In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.

Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.

Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
