Job Description

• Develop 3D MEP models using BIM software (Revit, Navisworks, etc.)
• Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
• Perform clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
• Prepare detailed MEP drawings and documentation for construction.
• Maintain BIM standards and ensure compliance with company/project protocols.
• Support project teams with model updates, revisions, and quality control checks.
• Participate in design and coordination meetings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in BIM modeling for MEP systems.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of local and international building codes and standards.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
