Job Description

Job Title: Telesales Representative (Educational Advisor)

Location: Maadi, Cairo, Egypt

Full-Time, Fully On-site

 

What You’ll Do:

• Engage with existing customers to introduce course renewal options and boost conversion rates.
• Conduct regular follow-ups to understand students’ learning goals and recommend personalized renewal solutions.
• Track students’ progress and analyze learning performance data to develop effective renewal strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries and concerns professionally, ensuring a smooth and satisfying renewal experience.

 

 

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and address customer needs.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
• Highly motivated to meet and exceed sales targets, with a strong focus on performance and commission.
