Job Description

Ensure that all project scope, procedures, and schedules are met in alignment with client requirements and company capabilities.

Resolve mechanical drawing issues and respond to technical queries from contractors to ensure smooth execution.

Review mechanical contract documents and update them for site engineers' implementation.

Monitor contractor performance and progress to ensure compliance with project timelines and objectives.

Identify and report any issues in mechanical drawings to the construction and technical managers.

Skills

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 9 years in mechanical design work for construction/building projects
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Primavera/MS Project
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering methods, equipment, tools, and materials
• Familiarity with civil/construction software
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical thinking and commercial awareness
• Team leadership and delegation
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Fluent in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
