Job Description

• Work with engineering companies to review and approve detailed design.
• Develop, manage, and maintain a detailed schedule for automation activities.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate the projectschedules and plans.
• Provide status updates to internal leadership.
• Manage the resources responsible for the configuration and testing of thesoftware components.
• Manage deliverables from support teams and automation hardware vendors.
• Directs and manages all staff associated with Calibration, Quality Control, andRepair, Logistics, and Inventory Control.
• Develops and maintains Key Performance Indicators and reporting of anydeficiencies or negative trends, proposing corrective actions to the Senior Management.
• Ability to take ownership of the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM)
• schedule, perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment.

Job Requirements

• 10+ Proven work experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
• Understanding of automation technologies, control systems, and PLC.
• Knowledge of robotic automation systems, hardware operations, and industrial automation software.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to manage projects and work within a team.
• Strong understanding of safety and data handling procedures.
• BSc degree in Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
