Job Opening: Zendesk Support & Admin

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team a. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.

  • Assist with configurations, automation, and workflow optimizations

  • Manage views, macros, and triggers

  • Upload and update Help Center content

  • Ensure article accuracy and coordinate with relevant teams

  • Monitor feedback for content gaps

Reporting & Analysis Responsibilities:

  • Support reporting and customer insights

  • Analyze support trends and critical customer feedback

  • Assist in gathering positive CSAT feedback for Trustpilot reviews

Dispute/Email Support (Ad-hoc):

  • Provide backup for disputes and customer emails as needed

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality customer experience
