Docplanner serves thousands of customers, each with unique needs and aspirations. The area you will lead focuses on maximizing the reach of our offerings, ensuring they are delivered to the right customers, in the right context, with minimal effort required on their end.

Our Product-Led Growth (PLG) teams focus on building self-serve experiences that drive engagement and scalable growth. They collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and other Product domains to better understand our ideal customer profiles and engage them effectively, whether by increasing awareness, improving onboarding, or aligning pricing with perceived value.

PLG covers pricing, packaging, free to premium conversion, and self-serve flows, all key levers in our growth strategy.

We are looking for a Product Director, PLG to lead these efforts, build strategy for both doctors and clinics, and manage talented product teams. This remote-friendly role, based in Spain or Poland, reports to our CTPO (Chief Technology & Product Officer) and plays a critical role in scaling Docplanner’s growth through product excellence.

Your expertise in building a data-driven and business-minded product culture while delivering fast and safe iterations, knowing when to go for PoCs versus robust solutions, will be key to driving growth based on business appetite and product maturity.

What we expect from this position:

  • Inspire, lead, and shape a strong PLG product vision across all relevant product teams

  • Navigate a complex ecosystem where acquisition, upsell, and cross-sell strategies vary widely across customer segments (individuals, SMBs, enterprise)

  • Define with PMs the strategy of each team, ensuring alignment with the overall Docplanner Tech and Product strategy

  • Establish a shared vision and strong collaboration with key business stakeholders, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing

  • Ensure that upcoming product needs and opportunities are aligned with your Engineering Director to develop a coherent Product and Tech strategy and roadmap

  • Champion a hands-on, insight-driven approach to innovation by combining data, market listening, and direct user research

  • Build a decision-making culture grounded in analysis, insight, and measurable outcomes

  • Work closely with other Global Product Directors to turn objectives into clear indicators and actions, driving transparency and impact across the company

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Director

  • Ideally, experience in SaaS, e-commerce, marketplace, and pricing or packaging environments

  • Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments with strong exposure to change management and business scaling

  • A proven track record of delivering significant success, scaling, and developing high-performing digital products that impact business and delight customers, especially in packaging, monetization, product marketing, and PLG at large scale

  • Deep understanding of the end-to-end product development lifecycle with experience in agile and lean software development practices

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills

  • Strong business acumen beyond core product management with the ability to assess product–market fit and contribute to broader company strategy

  • Sharp analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills

  • Hands-on approach. At Docplanner, leadership means rolling up your sleeves and diving into the details of challenges, opportunities, and solutions

  • Experience in healthcare is a plus, not a must

  • A competitive compensation package aligned with your experience, skills, and the strategic impact of the role.
  • Share options plan after 6 months of working with us.
