Job Summary:

We are a reputable construction company in Dubai specializing in high-end residential and commercial projects, and we are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in infrastructure engineering within Dubai-based construction companies and hold valid Dubai Municipality licenses.

This role is essential for ensuring technical compliance and smooth execution of our premium construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage infrastructure design and construction projects.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure compliance with municipal standards and regulations.
• Review and approve technical drawings, BOQs, and project documentation.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure alignment with design, schedule, safety, and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to activate and maintain the company’s Dubai Municipality (DM) or relevant Trakhees/DEWA/Nakheel/RTA license.
• Liaise with government authorities for inspections, approvals, and NOCs.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical solutions to issues arising during construction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE civil engineering codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Skills

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid SOE Membership
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering within the UAE, particularly in Construction companies.
• Proven experience in infrastructure works.
• Strong knowledge of local authority procedures, permitting, and inspection protocols.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant engineering software.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
