Job Description

Understand client requirements and design integrated ELV security solutions including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, public address, and intercom systems.

Prepare detailed technical proposals, drawings, and BOQs based on RFPs and site surveys.

Collaborate with the sales team to present and explain ELV solutions to customers, consultants, and stakeholders.

Provide technical responses to tenders and RFIs.

Evaluate and recommend appropriate hardware and software for projects in compliance with standards.

Liaise with OEMs and distributors for product selection, pricing, and technical clarifications.

Support project handover with design documentation and implementation plans.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in ELV and security systems.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.

4+ years of experience in ELV/Security presales or design roles.

Strong knowledge of security systems: CCTV (analog/IP), access control, alarm systems, and structured cabling.

Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, Axis, Honeywell, Bosch, Lenel, Milestone, Genetec, etc.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and design tools.

Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
