Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, review, and optimize HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
• Prepare mechanical drawings, specifications, and BOQs in compliance with local codes and international standards
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems
• Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and electrical teams to ensure integrated design solutions
• Support tendering processes by evaluating technical submissions and responding to RFIs
• Perform energy efficiency assessments and recommend sustainable design solutions
• Ensure ISO compliance and contribute to internal quality audits
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve on-site engineering issues
• Stay updated with latest technologies and regulatory changes in mechanical systems

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 3–7 years in consultancy or design firms.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, HAP, and MS Office
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-disciplinary teams, showcasing strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail in design and testing phases.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities, with a proactive approach to mentoring and developing junior team members.
