Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a leading auto spare parts manufacturer in the Middle East. Our client is seeking an experienced <b>Sales Manager</b> to drive sales, distribution, and marketing strategies to expand market share in the aftermarket parts sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in parts sales, marketing, and distribution, with a customer-centric approach and problem-solving skills.<b>Key Responsibilities</b>- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and distribution strategies to achieve business targets.- Plan and manage parts sales budgets in line with company objectives.- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.- Establish pricing strategies to balance profitability and customer retention.- Identify new business opportunities in the aftermarket parts segment.- Resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the sales team to enhance performance.Requirements- 10+ years in automotive parts sales, with at least 5 years in senior sales management (Preferably in KSA Market)- University degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.- Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.- Customer-focused with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.- In-depth knowledge of aftermarket parts distribution and branding.- Arabic speaker are preferred. Skills
- At least 10 years of experience in Automotive Parts out of which at least 5 years in Parts Brand / Marketing / Sales Management position. - Degree in business, branding, marketing, sales or related field. - Good understanding of consumer behavior, market trends and continuously monitor competitor activity. - Ability to conduct research, analyze data, develop go-to-market strategies, and report on brand performance. - Excellent communication skills and leadership skills. - Knowledge in Automotive Parts Brands. - Previous experience in developing brand and marketing strategies is preferred. - Result-oriented, customer-oriented, problem-solving skills, and team player. - Effective advertising and market development skills - Knowledge in Aftermarket Parts Brands. - Knowledge of KSA market.
