Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and review shop drawings at LOD 400 level for joinery and wooden works (doors, kitchens, wardrobes, etc.)
- Collaborate using cloud-based platforms like BIM 360 for model sharing and coordination.
- Translate design concepts into fabrication-ready details.
- Coordinate between technical office, factory, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare material take-offs, cutting lists, and support procurement with technical data.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Architecture Engineering.
- 2 5 years of experience in joinery/woodworking projects is a must.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM tools.
- Strong knowledge of LOD standards (350 500).
- Hands-on experience with cloud collaboration platforms (BIM 360, ACC).
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with CNC files and material optimization tools.
- Previous work in factories or construction companies specializing in woodwork.
