Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Review all materials delivered to the site and check it with drawings
• Controlling of all documents revision for the project
• Carry out inspection as per approved inspection and test plan and procedure
• Study Project Bill of Quantities, Drawings and Schedules
• Preparing Finishing works (Floor tiles, plastering, paintings, water proof, heat insulation etc.)
• Quantity Survey
• Monitor projects time plan and Schedule
• Monitoring work progress
• Prepare and Review shop drawings and follow up drawings amendments during the implementation process
• Preparation of As-built drawings
• Implement cost effective measures for reducing project cost
• Ensuring building systems are functional, reliable, and safe.
• Testing and evaluating building systems to find problems and improvements.
• Site Management.

• Great leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Time Management understands and knows what tasks are more important than others and what needs to be solved immediately and what can wait; able to multi-task effectively; excellent organizational skills
• Strong Finishing background with eye to detail.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Technical knowledge of all building systems such as electrical, heating, cooling, ventilation, plumbing, etc.Construction engineering background.
• Presentable
• Mastering Auto-CAD
• Good knowledge using photoshop
• Proficient in MS Tools, Excel & Word.
