Job Summary
The BIM Specialist leads the delivery of architectural digital models, including the production of complex 2D sheets and 3D perspectives, visuals, audios, and virtual tours leveraging REVIT, and other software and technologies to support operations in the Department, as required.

Key Responsibilities (Internal Business Process)
• Contribute and support BIM project Documents such as BIM Execution Plan, Master Information Delivery Plan (MIPD)
• Collaborate with project teams to establish BIM goals and objectives and ensure that they are met in a timely and efficient manner
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and processes, create and update the Revit Families library.
• Coordinate and manage the integration of BIM models from multiple disciplines
• Coordinate BIM file exchange, and mentor teams on the correct use of BIM software and BIM process.
