Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for high-end interior turnkey projects.
- Develop and manage budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial targets.
- Review and negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and expenditure to identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and designers to align cost strategies with project objectives.
- Conduct value engineering and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
