Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and record keeping.
• Handle financial tasks such as invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, spreadsheets, and documentation.
• Assist with payroll processing and basic bookkeeping activities.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial and administrative matters.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and personal data.
