Job Title: Office Clerk (Part-Time)

Location: Budaiya

Hours: Part-time | 5–6 hours per day

Shifts: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

About the Role:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Office Clerk to join our team at a busy and vibrant dance studio in Budaiya. You’ll be one of two office clerks helping with day-to-day admin tasks and client support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, people-focused environment and knows how to communicate confidently and professionally — both online and in person.

What You’ll Do:Administrative Duties:

• Prepare and send employee payslips
• Write and send official letters and emails
• Keep digital and physical files organized
• Support management with scheduling and class coordination
• Assist with other general office duties as needed

Client Support & Front Desk:

• Greet clients and make them feel welcome
• Register new clients in the studio system
• Answer phone calls and manage WhatsApp and Instagram DMs professionally
• Respond to inquiries and guide clients on classes, schedules, and packages
• Follow up with leads and encourage bookings

Sales & Communication:

• Confidently explain the studio’s services and help clients choose what’s best for them
• Promote ongoing offers and events
• Upsell relevant packages when appropriate
• Take initiative to suggest improvements in customer experience or office processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, confident, and approachable personality
• Strong communication and writing skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and basic office tools
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• A self-starter who takes initiative and works well without constant supervision
• Previous experience in admin or customer service is a plus
• Interest in dance or the creative arts is a bonus, but not required
