Job Description

• This role is responsible for managing all aspects of the project from award to completion ensuring it is on schedule and within the set budgetary parameters and quality of production in accordance to the company standard policy, processes and procedures.
   
• Coordinate internal resources and external vendors for smooth project execution
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget
• Define clear objectives with all stakeholders
• Ensure proper resource availability and allocation
• Develop and monitor a detailed project plan
• Manage changes in scope, schedule, and cost
• Track performance using appropriate tools
• Report progress and escalate issues when needed
• Manage client and stakeholder relationships
• Identify and minimize project risks
• Build and maintain vendor relationships
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation

Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Architectural Engineering
• A minimum of 10+ years of experience in a related field experience.
• Construction, Finishing & Fit-out Background is a MUST.
• PMP certification is a plus
