Job Description

• Responsible for all finishing works and maintains high-quality standards.
• Carries out technical supervision of ongoing Finishing work at all stages.
• Coordinates with different contractors to maintain and improve quality of work
• Coordinates between the clients and different workshops.
• Ensures that all projects are delivered on time.
• Performs weekly & monthly reports.
• Provide architectural solutions.
• Doing quality control checks for site works on a periodic basis.
• Reviewing & adjusting shop drawings.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
• 5+ years of experience in the Fit-out Function.
• Residential and commercial experience background
• Excellent leadership skills to supervise the site
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven Experience in Finishing high-end interior designs and coordination with MEP
• Excellent attention to details and accuracy.
