Job Description

  • Oversee daily HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding, attendance management, and HR documentation.
  • Maintain HRIS and ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leave balances, and employee data with the payroll team.

  • Manage employee queries, grievances, and escalate where necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support HR projects such as employee engagement programs, performance appraisals, and training coordination.
  • Collaborate with line managers to ensure HR policies are consistently implemented across departments.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and headcount.
  • Assist in talent acquisition efforts and coordination with recruitment agencies or job platforms.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or food processing environment.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, factory compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar) is a plus.
  • Preferably resident at Zayed or October.
