Job Description

• Assess and continuously develop the Company’s BIM system components, personnel, and workflow
• Create and customize Revit families and templates
• Trouble shooting and issues resolution
• Periodically Run Clash detection tests and identify and coordinate with related engineers
• Create and Customize dynamo scripts 
• Attend BIM sessions with clients and contractors
• Create BEPs and BIPs according to ISO and best practices
• Design, develop, and test electrical systems and components for power generation and distribution projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for electrical projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues, analyze root causes, and recommend solutions to optimize system performance.
• Utilize Revit software to create detailed schematics and layouts for electrical systems.
• Perform electrical testing and validation to ensure reliability and safety.
• Document designs, test results, and project updates for internal and client review.
• Provide technical support during project implementation and commissioning phases.
• Convert 2D drawings, CAD files, and point cloud data into accurate 3D BIM models.
• Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements and 
  industry standards.
• Coordinate BIM models with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve 
  design conflicts and facilitate smooth project execution.
• Lead BIM execution for projects, ensuring that all deliverables align with project goals and 
  timelines.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering
• 1-3 years of experience with certified training for this position, preferably within the healthcare projects sector.
• Fully aware of MEP systems
• Expert in Revit, Navis works, Dynamo
• Excellent Organizational skills
• Strong multitasking and time management skills.
• Communication skills that support the team working environment (written/verbal)
• Excellent in English language (written/ verbal).
• Ability to present his/her work and represent the firm in meeting.
• Good interpersonal skills.
