Key Responsibilities
- Confidently handle pricing objections and guide leads to trial or paid plans
- Maintain GoHighLevel CRM (pipelines, tags, automations).
- Convert inbound and outbound leads via WhatsApp, SMS, email, and phone in 3 languages
- Build and refine follow-up sequences and pre-churn outreach
- Send payment links, enroll new members, and manage PushPress data
- Coordinate social media content (clips, posts, tagging) with coaches via Slack
- Manage member communications during price changes or software transitions
- Track key KPIs: close rates, churn, book-to-show ratios
Requirements
Must-Haves
- Native-level Brazilian Portuguese, strong Spanish, and fluent English
- 1+ year of sales experience in fitness (CrossFit or boutique gyms preferred)
- Proven ability to close sales via text and phone
- Strong GoHighLevel experience (pipelines, automations, triggers)
- Proactive, organized, and independent—no handholding
- Clear written communication and persuasive messaging
Nice-to-Haves
- Familiarity with PushPress or other fitness CRMs
- Content support experience (Canva, Instagram, TikTok, Reels)
- Understanding of US fitness pricing models
- Past experience in multilingual or fast-growing service businesses
- Supported launches, transitions, or CRM migrations
