Main Responsibilities:
- Support the marketing manager in the delivery of the strategic planning of the products under its management;
- Implement the marketing plans that includes Promotions Strategy, Marketing Materials, Media Partnership, and Key Performance Indicators;
- It is responsible for maintaining all the management of promotional actions (visitors, delegates and exhibitors) as well as strategies for audience engagement and inbound marketing);
- Support suppliers (PR agency, ads agency, photo and film, database and others) and manage the marketing team, ensuring the quality and deadline accomplishment;
- Keep up with the main metrics/KPI through monthly reports.
- Degree in Marketing, Administration, Public Relations, Communication, Journalism and related areas;
- Advanced English;
- Experience in strategic marketing plan and people/team management.
Desejável:
- Post graduation in Marketing and/or Business Management;
- Advanced Spanish.
Sistemas e Ferramentas Essenciais:
- MS Office;
- Eloqua and AEM (desirable).
