Successful candidates will be working with a US-based Real estate company on a US customer base (Nationwide) in the capacity of Acquisitions Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential property sellers through generated warm lead list, lead follow-ups, and inbound inquiries.
Build strong rapport with homeowners and guide them through the sales process.
Analyze property data and prepare offers.
Negotiate contracts and secure assignment agreements.
Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline updates.

Job Requirements
Strong English skills B2+ (C1+ preferable)
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Positive, self-motivated attitude and ability to work independently.
Sales experience (real estate or related fields preferred but not required).
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
Tech-savvy, though training to use our CRM will be provided.
