Job Description
- Install, commission, and test new equipment or systems.
- Diagnose and repair technical faults reported by customers.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Provide on-site or remote support to clients as needed.
- Document service activities, including reports, checklists, and customer feedback.
- Train end-users or client staff on system operation and best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product support, sales) to resolve complex issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during service work.
- Maintain a strong relationship with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Service Engineer or in a technical support role.
- Strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems, troubleshooting, and diagnostics.
- Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site at customer locations.
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software (if applicable).
