Job Description
- Conduct site visits to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to clients.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential customers to grow sales revenue.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM records.
- Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and other promotional activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related field).
- 2+ years of experience in technical or industrial sales (preferred).
- Strong technical background and understanding of the company’s products/services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Hard worker and able to work under pressure.
