Job Description

Sales Engineer ( Electrical - Mechatronic - Communications)

• Develop an in-depth understanding of all products, solutions, and competitive products.
• Schedule and upsell products and solutions
• Train Customers on new Machines
• Help In Installations and Commissioning of new Machines
• Drive additional sales and improve the overall customer experience.
• Showcasing new products and features including conducting product demos
• Utilizing and driving the adoption of all required processes, tools, and systems including the CRM system
• Perform quote follow-ups
• Complying with sales policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English OR French.
• Knowledge and proficiency with technology tools such as CRM, and Microsoft Office outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate over the phone.
• Solid understanding of solution selling
• Strong negotiation, time management and organizational skills
• Self-management with autonomy to succeed and achieve goals.
• Dynamic, fast paced and multi-tasking environment.
• Exposure to diverse resources, industries and fields
