Job Description
1. Follow up all Maintenance workshops for Nouval electronics and other franchised workshop
2. Searching for New qualified franchised workshops for increasing our maintenance cover
3. Responding to customer inquiries and complaints regarding equipment and system malfunctions, and providing prompt and effective solutions to resolve issues.
4. Conducting repairs and replacements of faulty parts and systems, and documenting all actions taken for future reference.
5. Providing technical support to customers and colleagues, including training on equipment and system usage, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
6. Collaborating with other departments within the organization, including sales, production, and engineering, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Staying up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in equipment and system technology, and making recommendations for improvements to existing systems and processes.
8. Maintaining accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and costs.
9. Adhering to all safety guidelines and regulations, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.
