Job Description

•  Develop ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact
•  Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections
•  Compile project specifications
•  Keep within budgets and timelines
•  Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations

Job Requirements

 

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• 1- 3 years of professional experience in architectural design, rendering,  and construction documentation.
• Proven experience in handling projects from concept to execution, including site involvement. Technical Proficiency:
• Proficient in drafting and planning  using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Proficient in 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering  using software  such as 3ds Max, Lum ion, V-Ray or Corona.      Understanding of design principles, spatial planning, materials, and lighting for both interior and exterior environments.
•  Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, construction techniques, and detailing. Design & Visualization:
• Capable of developing creative and functional interior and exterior architectural concepts.
• Able to produce  high-quality visual presentations including renderings, walkthroughs, and concept boards for client approval. Soft Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage  multiple project deadlines.
• Collaborative and proactive  mindset, especially during on-site coordination.
