🎯 Job Objective:

To design, sculpt, and construct three-dimensional artistic structures and themed elements for entertainment environments (theme parks, festivals, immersive experiences, etc.) using a variety of materials. The role ensures the delivery of visually stunning and structurally sound installations aligned with the project’s artistic vision.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

• Sculpt large-scale structures using materials such as foam, clay, fiberglass, plaster, and wood.
• Translate artistic concepts and technical drawings into tangible, detailed sculptures.
• Work collaboratively with designers, artists, engineers, and fabricators to ensure accurate execution of designs.
• Install sculptural elements on-site, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
• Assist in creating prototypes or mockups as needed.
• Perform regular maintenance or restoration of sculptures if required.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards during construction and installation.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Diploma or certification in Fine Arts, Sculpture, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in sculpture for construction or entertainment environments.
• Strong skills in using hand and power tools for shaping and detailing.
• Familiarity with the properties and behaviors of sculpting materials (foam, plaster, FRP, etc.).
• Ability to interpret and work from sketches, blueprints, and 3D models.
• High level of creativity, precision, and attention to detail.
