Job Description
- Liaise with local Chinese business associations, attract investment, develop customers, and actively promote international investment promotion
- Maintain contact with the Economic and Commercial Office of the local embassy to promote Chinese-funded projects that are willing to land in Egypt
- Participate in local industry forums, exhibitions, etc. in Egypt to connect with potential customer
- Use the resource advantages with the Egyptian government to focus on collecting industries that the Egyptian government vigorously promotes and supports and implement detailed support policies and subsidies.
- Assist for organizing the reception of the customers and project promotion.
- Assist for organizing to track the key projects and promote the progress of the large projects.
- Assist for organizing the negotiations on the land transfer contract with the intention customers.
- Assist for reviewing the contract of the land transfer and organizing the approval and reporting work for the signing of the agreements.
- Assist organizing the research on the relevant industries and reporting on the investment preferential policy in Egypt.
- Responsible for department contracts and official documents translation.
- Assist for supervising the reminders of the balance payment of the land and property expenses.

Job Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience.
- Bachelor degree of Alsun / Arts - Chinese Section.
- Excellent communication, presentation and sales skills
- Proficiency with content management systems.
